OAV was originally founded in 1964 to produce machine components. In 2001, OAviation Corp was formed in Princeton, NJ, USA to serve the aerospace and defense Industries. The year 2011 presented opportunities within the precision bearing and other highly sensitive application industries, so we decided to shift our focus to frictionless and high speed precision motion applications.

Currently, OAV stands at the forefront as the ultra-high precision manufacturer of cutting-edge air bearing technology and motion systems. Additionally, OAV is a producer of energy storage systems and mechatronics, as well as optomechanical products.
